Elevating Care Through Commitment - Jennifer Tzui, Intake Clerk

My name is Jennifer Tzui, and I have been  working in intake at Hillside Clinic for the past 11 years. I am writing to share my recent milestone  of completing a Home Health Care course held  in Belize City by the Belize Red Cross. This course enhanced my skills and knowledge in providing  quality care to our community, and I’m excited  to apply what I’ve learned in my role at the clinic. The experience was both challenging and  rewarding. For eight weeks, I faced the daily commitment of early mornings and nights away  from my 10-month-old son, often returning home late after long days of training.

Despite the personal challenges, it was an opportunity I needed to embrace to improve my professional abilities. I am now more confident in my skills and equipped with practical knowledge that will directly benefit our patients and contribute to the overall mission of Hillside Health Care International. 

This journey would not have been possible without the unwavering support of my family and assistance from Hillside Health Care International. I am deeply grateful for their belief in the continuous advancement of healthcare and their commitment to the professional growth of Belizean staff like myself.
